Your Initiative Co

Your Initiative Co. is a social enterprise created by Chelsey Hart to unleash the entrepreneurial energy and capacity of people who aspire to become and/or currently are small business owners.  Chelsey is an International Coach Federation - Certified Business Coach.

Growth Mindset Co. assists Your Initiative Co with their client base of aspiring and new entrepreneurs. Through 1on1 coaching we work with clients to build confidence, develop a business concept, set (and reach) realistic goals, find resources and discover unique strengths. Additionally, we work with entrepreneurs to brainstorm new ideas, solve operational problems, increase revenue, celebrate milestones, clarify branding, maintain work/life balance and more. Sessions are goal oriented and strength focused on what each client is looking for in their own life.
