MEET KENDEL

Hi, I’m Kendel Ross

Founder of Growth Mindset Co., strategic consultant, community builder, and someone who believes deeply in the power of people working together toward something good.

I started this company because I’ve seen what happens when organizations are supported well: volunteers stay longer, leaders get to breathe again, and the impact extends far beyond one project or grant cycle. I bring a blend of big-picture thinking, hands-on strategy, and resourceful problem-solving to every partnership — mapping out what’s possible and helping organizations follow through with confidence.

Clients know me for seeing potential others miss, connecting the dots between vision and execution, and staying calm and focused, no matter the scope or challenge.

Oh, and I played basketball at the national level, so I know what it means to lead with purpose, adjust the play, and stay focused on the goal.

Hi, I’m Ksha

Business Manager at Growth Mindset Co., originally from the Philippines, and now proud to call Sarnia home.

I hold a post-graduate diploma in Business Management from Lambton College and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. My passion lies in community service, youth wellness, and supporting organizations that are doing good work in the world.

At Growth Mindset Co., I help keep things organized and running smoothly behind the scenes so our clients can stay focused on their mission. I believe in creating spaces where everyone feels valued, empowered, and supported — no matter their background or beliefs.
