Contracted Strategic Partner

Ongoing operational and strategic support, starting at 4 hours/week.

As your contracted partner, we work alongside your team to ease pressure, bring clarity to your goals, and keep initiatives moving forward. Whether it’s stabilizing operations or leading a new project, we help build real capacity while supporting your staff and volunteers.

    • Representing your organization at council meetings, funding discussions, or community events — so your mission is clearly communicated and well-supported

    • Streamlining internal systems like email marketing, program communications, or technology — so your team can work more efficiently with less stress

    • Managing grant-funded initiatives — so you can follow through on funding commitments and maximize the opportunity

    • Coordinating feedback and reporting — so you can stay accountable and make informed, data-backed decisions

    • Leading project implementation for new or stalled initiatives — so the programs your community depends on don’t stay stuck in planning mode

    We begin with 4 hours per week to get aligned with your mission, systems, and team. From there, support can evolve based on your needs:

    • Ongoing weekly support — to bring more consistency and ease to your operations

    • Custom project planning — to move complex initiatives forward with clarity and accountability

    • Training and transition support — to help internal staff carry the work forward sustainably

  • Investment: $60/hour

Speaking Engagements

Kendel speaks on leadership, community care, sustainable success, and wellness, especially in nonprofit and volunteer-driven spaces. Her talks are designed to prompt meaningful reflection and drive real action, whether you’re hosting a conference, workshop, board retreat, or internal training.
