The BACE

The objective of this project is to create a dependable, year-round community campus that inspires active living, supports healthy habits, and makes participation accessible to everyone. By addressing not only facility shortage but fragmentation of available facilities in Sarnia, BACE provides families and clubs with safe, predictable spaces and inclusive pricing that welcomes all ages and abilities. The vision for this project is to become a premier destination for health, wellness, and community engagement, where individuals of all ages and backgrounds unite to grow, form meaningful connections, and embrace a vibrant, healthier future together.

Kendel’s role within this project has ranged from general consulting on operations to presentations to city council that secured $100,000 in seed funding. Growth Mindset Co.’s founder is working collaboratively with the Advisory Group and Development Team to ensure this project becomes a reality for the Sarnia community.
